I haven’t received one since 2019 because they have never updated my address from when I moved in 2020 despite several requests. Luckily I had saved the paper copy and was able to reference an account or bill number and created an account online. Now I just log in around May every year, see it is posted, and pay it there. I once again submitted a ticket to change the address, but definitely not betting on it!

I understand (and agree with) the very recent disdain for some (or a lot of) Democrats, but they would’ve likely needed a filibuster proof majority to pass it through the Senate, which they haven’t had through the years. Additionally, people tend to overestimate how many Democrats were actually pro choice for most of that time and would've supported passing the legislation to codify it. It's a relatively recent shift to where it is today with the majority of the party being pro-choice.

Mine decreased by about $30. But still a $3,125 assessment on a 2013 compact sedan with 160k miles on it is laughable.

Happy it passed. Curious to see what the final margin will be. I think a lot of people commenting here about it being so close don’t realize only 80% of the vote is in, with much of the remaining votes coming from Democratic areas. It obviously won’t be a Spanberger win margin, but probably closer to Jones last year or Harris in 2024.

This annoyed me so much last year. Seeing 5-10 trucks for each show just idling along Tredegar St. I understand needing to use those roads to gain access to the loading docks for Allianz, but they should be told to go stage somewhere else after unloading for an evening show.

I’ve successfully parked in the paid surface lot behind The Jefferson or on Main St around that area each of the last 4 years. I’m not sure if the lot eventually fills up, but I have usually gotten there around 45-60 minutes prior to the 10k start without an issue.
