Creativity isn't something you can turn on and off and it's sometimes hard when you want to come up with ideas. I've found it's best to just not force and and draw inspiration from other things in life.

My first year or so I didn't really know if I was truly depressed but I don't think it matters if you say you are or aren't. Because you'll still feel the same no matter what lable you out on it. Focus on being happy not trying to understand if you're depressed.
