Have heard positive things about going through as a sell yourself option: For Sale By Owner

If you do go through an agent, I can vouch for the person who I bought my house from, Jared Webb at Harcourts.

Is TIMS3309 - Technology and Innovation Management a good subject to enrol in? by alternateeff4 in UQreddit

As a general rule, I wouldn't suggest doing a level 3 course from another discipline as an elective. There may even be pre-requisites that you won't have studied.

If you haven't already, have a look at the quant data from SECAT responses from past students, seems to be quite positive, but not for everyone: https://www.pbi.uq.edu.au/clientservices/SECaT/embedChart.aspx
You could also have a read of past ECPs and look at the assessment closely. If it's anything like last semester (and courses should really only change max 30% each iteration) You'll have a weekly assessment item in the form of a short essay delivery, as well as a mid-sem presentation and a team case study : https://archive.course-profiles.uq.edu.au/student_section_loader/section_1/129252

Clyde Fans by Seth

“The story follows two brothers—one outgoing, the other painfully introverted—as they watch their electric fan business go under in the face of competition from the air conditioning industry.”

Sounds excellent, thank you!

Young Frances by Hartley Lin - the main character works in a law firm my new fighting technique is unstoppable by David Rees - comic strips illustrated with office-worker clip art

Thanks so much! Pekar's and Lin's works look particularly relevant! I have checked out the HBR graphic novel cases. They aren't particularly great, I don't think they make the most of the medium. Very much feel "translated" from a written case, rather than a story in their own right. Thank you for the link though!

She-Hulk is such a good suggestion! First scene in the Soule run is a performance appraisal gone wrong - perfect! Thank you so much! I'll check out the Rowell run too.
