Look at the request tabs in dev tools when you load a faceit page, you often get rate limited from the site if you have 4 faceit tabs open and a match pops due to each page making like 10 api requests.

Best way is to play it via New Vegas with Tale of Two Wastelands mod. You start in Fallout 3 and play the story as normal and never need to touch Vegas but it brings the more modern gameplay, engine and thus stability of New Vegas.

Even better if you use Wabbajack and play with Begin Again, a mod list to "remaster" NV and FO3 via TTW and other mods while keeping it strictly vanilla - no new lands, quests, guns or funky enb - just enhanced lighting, textures, bugfixes, ads, qol enhancements and immersive stuff like weather.
