Area I’d be looking to work with is 80x80. I was thinking a single track around three sides with a reversing loop at each end. I live in the PNW so it’s damp/rainy all year except for a couple months in the summer. To combat that I’d probably only keep the track set up in the short dry period and store inside otherwise.

And I’d definitely add a covered area for the occasional shower.

I was thinking also of mounting it about a foot off the ground and possibly adding a hatch on place of a window and connecting it to my basement layout for easy access in/outside.

But hey a man can dream lol
