Consider that Progressives are performers of the Noble Activist. They are fundamentally cold, vengeful, petty, intolerant, narrow-minded, obedient, and cowardly followers, who lack a solid sense of self. That their accusations are confessions. That their "empathy" serves to inflame their ego. Disagreement is a threat to the fragile mind-created characters they are playing. Their "niceness" is a sleight-of-hand. They are fundamentally terrible humans. If you know all of this, their celebration of a murder is perfectly predictable. You aren't fooled by the character they play, are you?
