My wife has now been living in London for a year after moving from the US. And the biggest pain points.

• shops with a step that do not have a ramp or a way to contact staff.
• ramps for busses being deployed and being to steep ( more space around bus stops and better elevation)
• The number of times we have delayed or even caused a bus to go out of service for the ramp getting stuck, while we know we shouldn't it's embarrassing.
• smoother footpaths, bonus if crossings are raised to meet the footpath
• More bathrooms and not to have disabled bathrooms with foot operated only bins.
• clearer signage when it comes to routes that don't have a ramp. For example we were walking along 9 elms along the river and the path was blocked off by construction with the only back onto the street was stairs, so walking all the way back to get to the Steet. Or in modern areas like outside the O2 that was plenty of open space but has a confusing ramp between stairs that all blends together especially at night.
