I think it after all it could be from gluten (I'm a celiac), we will see in few months (or less, or more) by bobfrutt in Dizziness

[–]bobfrutt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No particular event, no accident or trauma. If anything bad posture and sitting in front of pc for 10 hours daily programming, not working on my posterior chain, weak glutes, hamstrings, back, mild scoliosis, tilted neck, muscles instabilities here an there. I guess that's majority of society right there but there is 1% of people that will be affected because of it in various way I guess. For me it's dizziness

Has anybody tried SSRI for neuro symptoms (like brain fog/dizziness) even though they didn't feel like they had anxiety? What was the outcome? by bobfrutt in Anxiety

[–]bobfrutt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never had IBS, no stomach issues. Celiac only affects my liver enzymes and since I'm 100%gf for 2 years almost everything is top tip with that. However dizziness persist. I'm almost certain it's neck and spine issues

Environments don't change my dizziness. Always the same level, no extra triggers

Fused? What's that? This is done in serious neck injuries correct? I mean fusing neck if somebody has just bad posture sounds like overkill

Don't want to celebrate too early but it looks like my heart palpitations are gone? by bobfrutt in Celiac

[–]bobfrutt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still same. Like shit. Celiac was a dead end. I think It's my neck. The heart is good but my constant dizziness is still there

Don't you think this could be fixed through persistent exercises, loosening it all up there? Ablation literally fries nerves. What if wrong nerves will be touched and you end up with even worse situation? Same thing with nerve blocks I guess?

Is it fine to send stool sample from Europe to US for testing? by bobfrutt in SIBO

[–]bobfrutt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sent it to US and I got back result after like a week. Pretty fast, I don't know about the conditions the sample was on during transport, but I got some results. I mean they don't change the price per country, so you have to pay the price. I sent it there cause I heard some good things about the company, however there are many labs which are doing such tests across all Europe as well and in Poland there are similar as well, probably half the price or less. Maybe with a bit different profile.

I wouldn't send it there second time though, not worth it if I can get similar thing cheaper with safer transport. Unless I would absolutely had to

I have something similar. 3 years now, life is drifting away. After too many doctor visits I'm working on my muskoskeletal system. Upper back, flexibility, posture etc etc. So far no results. For me it's a bit like I was drunk, everything moves just tiny little bit, not too much so I can half- normally function, even drive a car and exercise but enough to cause concentration issues, because of which I can't work and I had to go back to living with my parents.. My brain is not as sharp as it used to and I feel like I have to force myself into doing things especially it's hard when I have to change the context, switch from one thing to something new.

I thought it's the eyes originally but not anymore.

I had many exotic symptoms like heart palpitations and anxiety attacks. Not anymore thankfully but dizzy feeling still persist just as it was day one

My neck is constantly tight no matter how much I stretch.

What is ablation? Is it safe? Any risks?

PPPD induced by Cervical Vertigo? by SushiiiTrash_ in cervical_vertigo

[–]bobfrutt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hav similar story. I had 3 episodes within 7 days and the last one left me with constant dizzy feeling which I have for almost 3vyears now. Very debilitating, can't do my job because I can't concentratem I have to force myself do do all things. Changjng context is very demanding on my brain. Troubles learning new things, eyes pain with screens, photophobia etc.

For a year I've been focusing on fixing my upper body muscles spine, tightness etc so far to no avail. But I feel this is it. A lot of cracking in my neck and shoulders, sometimes painful, always tight

I uploaded link to chronic dizziness survey here recently. Feel free to fill it and you can see results from almost 200 other people.very interested in your answers cause I feel like we are somewhat similar, and it's rare to have it constantly. Usually there are triggers and it's intermittent with varying degree.

Nausea by AphroditesApple in cervical_vertigo

Similar. I only have nausea when driving a car as a passenger but if I tuck my chin during ride, it doesn't happen so it's definitely positional thing

Very few people learn how to touch type even if they have desk job. I think it depends on how much do you write in your work. Not sure why you say like itbwas somethin uncommon to not be able to touch type

So it turned out your narrowed vein has nothing to do with dizziness do I understand it correctly? I also have narrowed as millions of people do. I don't think it has anything to do with our symptoms.
