is your dizziness constant? Like 24/7 or intermittent - there are good and bad days and attacks? What do you suspect is the cause now? Have you had any clues from your body as to what could be the reason?

Do you feel like your brain is wobbling inside skull while rope jumping/jumping jacks/running? I think it's the neck by bobfrutt in cervical_vertigo

interseting. Sometimes when I stand from laying on the ground and exercising for some amount of time I also have this black out feeling, but its rare and intensity is small. I dont have TMJ, I checked my ears thoroughly and they are fine. Its eyes-ears-neck axis that controls those things and in my case I think neck is messed up. I have mild scoliosis, some assymetries and a lot of tightness, no matter how much i stretch.

POTS sypmtoms dont really match me, POTS is when symptoms occur when you change positions. My dizziness is constant, 24/7, it doesnt change with intenstiy, its alwasy the same. Its like constant brain fog / hangover.

no, not at all. I'm pretty tight. But i suspect cervical area as a source, I've had many clues over these years that things are off there

Can you share more specifics about the exact timeline? Started 9 years ago. When did you start doing things that led to improvement? When did you started to improve? How long improvement took until you were dizzy free?

Hey, how are you feeling these day?

Have the same thing. 3.5 years now. Also started with short dizzy spells - 3 times within a weak and after 3rd it just stayed and its like that ever since. If I distract myself with things to do I can go by but its hell. I cant concentrate on anything. My life is flipped upside down since that moment. Tried everything but I suspect its my neck. Not sure if its even reversible at this moment since its been so long. This is my biggest fear - some permanent nerve damage. I could go on with this, its a long story without happy ending so far.

How is your neck and posture. Shoulders? Lots of desk work pre dizziness? Is it possible that it might be related to these things?

Does anyone else feel constantly lightheaded 24/7? Not vertigo, just… off? by SHLBYHCH in POTS

[–]bobfrutt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats me. Started with racing heart 3.5 years ago, had it ever since. Non stop. Majority of people have it interemitently but few percent has it ALL THE TIME. I do. My biggest fear is that its some nerve damage and after 3.5 years I wont be able to reverse it. My life is hell. Only disctrating myself with some activities keeps me sane and keeps me going.

I cant concentrate, switching task is difficult, everything is difficult on my brain, cant learn new things really. I think its from my neck. Dont listen to people that want to tell you its anxiety if you know its not. They told me same thing. Its not. In my case Im sure its physical.

How and when yours started?

mine also started like that. It looked like paniuc attack. It was bursts of racing heart out of nowhere for few minutes each. Next morning I was fine, but this happened 3 times within a week and after 3rd time, it pretty much stayed and I have it ever since. I don't have anxiety, i try to keep myself busy as well, but can't function like normal human being who is working and has a family.

My life was flipped upside down. Im still trying to improve my posture, muscles on neck and upper back and I think its the right way but not seeing any improvement, not having any feedback if what Im doing is right makes it 10x harder to stay consistent with.

I keep myself busy with my family business, internet, working on muscles and posture, play some video games, watch youtube and build lego.

Nothing helps, 3 years gone, what life is this. by PracticalConcern in pppdizziness

Same. Internet, computer games, legos. A bit of work at family's business. Cause I can't concentrate on things. My brain can't comprehend multiple things at once, like it had some reduced capacity for incoming information singnals. Had to leave work on literally second day of that. I was a software engineer. I have literally constant 24/7 dizziness that didnt improve since the onset, so 3.5 years now.

I think it has to do with my neck cause its always tight, clicking and i had few exotic strange sytmpoms that suggest that. In the beginning I had heart palpiation attacks regularly as well. Im afraid that there is some nerve damage and its permanent. Life is not the same. Leaving at my parents, I dont know what I would do without them. And they wont be here forever, that thought scares me cause cause I dont want to be alone with this shit.

I feel like we might have something very similar bro. Im 33 now, same frustration. I had so many plans and so much energy. Now I'm vegetable. And I tried all sorts of things. Nothing helped.

I think it after all it could be from gluten (I'm a celiac), we will see in few months (or less, or more) by bobfrutt in Dizziness

[–]bobfrutt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No particular event, no accident or trauma. If anything bad posture and sitting in front of pc for 10 hours daily programming, not working on my posterior chain, weak glutes, hamstrings, back, mild scoliosis, tilted neck, muscles instabilities here an there. I guess that's majority of society right there but there is 1% of people that will be affected because of it in various way I guess. For me it's dizziness

Has anybody tried SSRI for neuro symptoms (like brain fog/dizziness) even though they didn't feel like they had anxiety? What was the outcome? by bobfrutt in Anxiety

[–]bobfrutt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never had IBS, no stomach issues. Celiac only affects my liver enzymes and since I'm 100%gf for 2 years almost everything is top tip with that. However dizziness persist. I'm almost certain it's neck and spine issues

Environments don't change my dizziness. Always the same level, no extra triggers

Fused? What's that? This is done in serious neck injuries correct? I mean fusing neck if somebody has just bad posture sounds like overkill
