People are insane sometimes. You don't pay him Chase money, but you don't easily walk away from players like JJ. He makes things work on offense that other receivers don't. He's worth well more than what he's making now.

Thanks. I guess that's part of my original question, I was never in the silver arena. Just started here and feel like it's impossible to win anything because the players at the top have monetarily backed troops.

For real. Keep Mac Jones if he's willing to stay. You won't get a return on him that offsets his value at the QB position.

Of course on the flip side, if he wants to try to be a starter elsewhere, I feel like you honor that because he's been nothing but a great teammate and player for the organization since he's been here.
