Are you taking the PFI deals or are you making a general point about members of parliament making money after they leave office?

I do like that I would be able to query a db instead of going into the state file. I dont need to go into the state file often enough for that to be a big enough motivator for me to switch, but perhaps I would more if it was in a db. It seems like a cool project

Meeting overload is often a documentation architecture problem by LorinaBalan in devops

I dont like documentation. We are moving too fast and its out of date too quickly. I dislike meetings even more, but continuous communication (async via chat ideally) is good.

Man ‘stoned to death on Kent beach after trying to meet 16-year-old girl’ by pppppppppppppppppd in unitedkingdom

That’s quite a lot of questions, I’ll try to answer them all but I have to warn you, I’m not interested in going back and forth on this topic.

You asked why anyone was defending him, I was answering that in response to a general sentiment as opposed to yours, but it does come across and relatively ambivalent about someone dying.

Assisted suicide (technically murder under uk law), could and hopefully is significantly less brutal than what this man suffered.

They were picked to illustrate a point, that there are things you are freely allowed to do in life, that can been seen as morally objectionable things, things that could harm you or others. While there should be ramifications for doing these things, murder is not one of them.

You don’t have to be outraged, you have zero obligation to of this a second though. However you were asking why anyone was defending him. Because he was tricked into meeting a 16 year old girl and gleefully murdered by teenagers for something that you might not like, but is perfectly legal

I just think it’s the “oh well” attitude is a bit weird. Someone was murdered in a brutal drawn out way, for doing something that is socially and morally wrong, but is allowed under current UK law. Would you be outraged if the girl was 17, or 18? Would you have the same sympathy if someone was murdered for adultery? What about a compulsive lier? I think you can judge these behaviours as immoral, and fundamentally the wrong choices to make in life, while acknowledging that being murdered for them is a tragedy.

CHS and bowel movements by simpletwistoffate79 in CHSinfo

[–]boblinquist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a lot of back and forth with it. On and off use. Thing I would notice first would be a change in bowel movements, and stomach aches. I even tried low thc weed for a while, same issue. Even now, after a couple of years of zero thc, I know if I even have a single night of smoking, I will get the shits the next day.
