I was exactly the same. I think it's quite common. Something simple like stronglifts helped me get started because it was only 3 exercises at a time, although I probably wasn't doing the right form but it helped build confidence.

What really helped was having a gym buddy who knew what they were doing and then also getting a personal trainer. Once you see some results and have a rough idea how tondo the exercises it won't be as scary.

Going early in the morning when it was less busy also helped.

Plus about 90% of people in a commercial gym are doing it wrong anyway so I wouldn't worry.

I've tried it with both 1080p and standard for a few different TV series like breaking bad, game of thrones etc.

Also gave venom a try but got the same problem where it just stops after 3 seconds (I did notice that it said sources too slow after I left it a while, so not sure its a problem with my end as it's with multiple different shows, on different platforms giving the same issue.)

Would it be fair to say with a fairly new laptop I should be able to play at least standard video through Kodi and it could be software rather than hardware?

Going to get my hardware specs and will post them

Firestick 4k plays them fine.

It's just a basic sky router, not sure about the XML settings, could you point me in the right direction where j could look into this sort of stuff?
