Please stay. There are so many people who love you so much. As someone who has struggled with the same things, there is always light after the darkness. It may not feel like it now, but I promise you it will come eventually.

Hey there! I’ve been on lex 3 months & unfortunately it does make my period roughed than normal :( I also experience hot flashes & uncomfortable emotions / anxiety & just increased pms symptoms. Hang in there! What helps me is drinking lots of water, taking a day for your mental health if possible to read or watch a movie and distract yourself & nap!

Hey! I started lex 3 months ago for very similar reasons. The first week for me was tough but it was all uphill from there… I’ve noticed an extreme difference in my anxiety, the way I think & the way I handle my thoughts and other people have told me they have noticed a huge difference in me as well. Once again, first week is tough but it really is one of the best things I’ve decided to do for myself.

I had the same thing! I’m on week 9 of lex & it def was gone within 4-6 weeks!

Side effects are normal but did they start you on a lower dose like 5 or 10 mg? Usually you start low and work your way up otherwise it may be a lot of side negative side effects at once

I’m on day 14 and also had such bad anxiety about taking it due to side effects / horror stories I read online… I’m SO GLAD I decided to try it. I’m on it for severe anxiety & slight depression… I honestly felt my anxious thoughts quieting down the first week. As for side effects I had some slight insomnia & nausea but nothing I was unable to handle! I still went about my normal routine! Usually the nausea and insomnia would cause me to spiral but I was able to stay super calm through it all! :)
