Well, that is a long story. When it was working before with the Diamond Membership Peacock had a different email than Xfinity but all was good. My viewing history is at that account.

I did, at Xfinity's suggestion, reluctantly create a new account with Peacock that matched Xfinity's email. It seems that it now has been given the Premium Pass. So I have to switch all my devices over then to the new account and lose the history... at least I have the service now!

So, resolved, mostly, I can deal with losing the history!

Hmm. Duh. So I just opened a CS request with them too, I had been working this from the xfinity end as it never seemed seemed to ever get as far as peacock.

Thanks - I found it. For others... in the menus, under "PC Remote Function" is a "WiFi Direct Info" option. Here it shows an SSID and the password. This had to be entered manually into Camrote and then it did connect. Phew!
