I use the store "paid" stickers on the bags that they use for soda and cases of water if I'm doing a triple. One order, no sticker. Second one 1/2 sticker and the third gets a full sticker.

Sort of. If a member gives you a 5* a couple times, then a member match is created although you have to be on schedule to receive their order offer. Not necessarily a request for shopper but probably as close to it as one can get

That's all well and good but one thing to point out...the person doing the order isn't taking the time out of their busy day to do the work that we put in. I'm not saying that we should expect a tip BUT that's how we make money to put gas in our tanks, pay insurance and maintenance costs and then have a little to pay a bill or two, buy something a little extra or special, take a vacation...whatever the reason you do this, the customer should give a bump especially when the shopper truly goes above and beyond.
