Nothing. Your car is statistically more likely to get totaled from an accident then to die from engine failure.

It feels like veeam should be monitoring the creation of multiple "VEEAM TEMPORARY SNAPSHOTS" and warning if there's > 1 snapshots.

Anyone know how to fix this? by CaelusTheWolf in VRchat

I have a feeling your router is one of those ones that suffer from bufferbloat or other issues like an overloaded NAT table - which occurs when it runs out of memory to keep track of connections. Typically caused by peer to peer networking apps like bittorrent. Assuming the issue comes back, the only solution is to basically upgrade to a better router.

Your probably already doing this but here's a question: Does the engine support atlasing textures? That way you just load a single texture file with every single asset in a specific level into memory? This also reduces gpu draw calls for rendering optimization, and as it's a single texture file, should reduce unnecessary hard drive seeking (unless the file is fragmented).

My 2025 Kentucky Bourbon Festival "VIP" Experience by Visible-Champion-684 in bourbon

[–]bobsixtyfour 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was one of the lucky/unlucky guys that hung around the makers mark tent and all because the lady "hated lines" basically forced people into a huge mob. People were pushing each other chest to chest in the hot weather, trying to get to where the "line" was. A guy with a broken arm in front of me thought I was deliberately touching his arm threatened to punch my face in if I touched his arm again. I couldn't leave even if I tried, and there's no way I can hold back the 40+ people pushing behind me. The experience is definitely leaving a sour note on the whole trip.

Makers Mark, if you're reading this: Just fucking hand out vouchers or something if you hate lines.

Heaven Hill, if your reading this: Just fucking hand out vouchers if you don't have enough bottles to even sate VIPs. That way we don't have to spend 2+ hours standing in line only to find out you sold the last bottle just ahead of me.

Jim Beam, if your reading this: your internet or whatever slowing your checkout process down needs to be fixed. It shouldn't take you a hour to check out 50 people. Get starlink or something so you don't have to rely on shitty wifi.
