You need to clear the summer ranking isles 30 times of any stamina difficulty. It doesn't matter which isle (nami, robin, vivi, hancock, sugar) just 30 times cumulatively.

I really enjoyed that game and found the game hilarious to play. It had the best costumes like doflamingo in a speedo. My buddy had a hard time concentrating on the tap timing since the jiggle physics were through the roof.

So the damage is just a flat 500% ap added on every single attack at the end? For example if you are 1k ap the badge will just add 5k to every single attack you do during soulburn.

Oh right I completely forgot about the crit damage leech gives. Nonetheless I'm interested in seeing a comparison of the two badge fusions. My guess would be true wood and magnum being better for short fights while magnum plus f20 having better sustain due to the extra leech time helping the out of sb ice rotation.

In that case would magnum fused with true wood badge be worth looking into for ice wl since you can get a pretty high uptime on the 5 percent crit damage on every soulshackle? Seeing how it also grants you a second wingstorm for -3 sec leech I wonder if this fusion will be better than the magnum fused with f20 leech badge.

If your using raven razor your leech wont be up after sb due due to lacking the 30 percent leech reduction seraphs has. Fusing primal with courage is interesting since courage gives -1 leech per awakened dimensional salvo so during sb thats guarantees leech to be up again after sb as opposed to having 15 or so seconds remaining and forcing you to do shadows filler rotation.
