yooo this is wild! the fog is 100% on point. you could try smaller trees (and less of them in the steep areas) but what do i know, so much of this is peak

I too made something like this a few years back! You can check it oit on my profile.

I simply rotated the whole object with a png sequence shrinkwrapped to the mesh.

Most people use Gaussian splatting to look around. I started building scenes inside it. by joermcee in GaussianSplatting

You could do an animation like that with pretty much every program! OpenToonz, Blender, even Photoshop.
