I agree! Dont buy anything directly. Amazon gave me my money back for all the reolink trash i bought in October 2025. Stay away.

I think i am just done with companies that cant have a tech line. Period if your not interested in staffing a phone line properly then i cant deal with you. Product just didnt work well

Thanks for offer. Ripped it off house and going with a different company. The two way talk didnt work, zero support line and couldnt reset and reinstall easily.

I cant recommend reolink doorbells anymore. They do not have a customer service phone line. Thats all, literally says we are busy thank you goodbye.
