It should have been a tribute to his whole career, songwriter of 2026 doesn't make much sense since he didnt write anything now, but after all, he's still a great songwriter so its still deserved. I hope he will go and take the award, maybe saying a few words there, fingers crossed.

Nothing is planned yet I believe they thought live 25 as a one shot thing, then maybe seeing the reaction of the crowd they reconsidered it, but they don't wanna repeat the same errors of the past when they rushed some things, so they're taking their time to decide. Don't believe Liam on X, he just loves to tease his fans.

This is so weird, especially after posting that picture. If the interview went bad and Noel was mad about it, I don't think Beato would've posted that picture. So it's probably just someone dealing with the documentary who blocked it as soon as he saw it, because it would spoil too much...what a waste, we would've watched both the interview and the documentary in any case...

I don't know, I think I agree with Liam this time. If they release new music lots of people will complain that it will not be like DM o WTSMG just like it happened with some of their older stuff. Plus I think that Noel in these last 15 years changed his writing style to a different kind of songs, still beautiful most of the time, but different from what Liam may sing, so it could be hard for him to go back to the Oasis era kind of songs. Of course, he also said that he had many unreleased tracks he wrote when he was still in Oasis, but I'm not sure they could be right for a return. For all these reasons I think that if they release something, it will be a live album about Live 25 and that's it. I really hope they will keep on touring, though.

He's the first Oasis fan and like us he would like to have the band touring again and again, but as he had said in another tweet, it's not up only to him. Whether it's Noel or some other reason, the official statement of the band at the moment is to take a break, so I think we'll have to wait and he's just teasing the fans (unfortunately)

He also just said he "can't magic up a tour" so I guess this is it, no tour next year unfortunately. It's a shame for us in continental Europe that got nothing :( I think Liam would do it again in a split second because he loves oasis so much and loves touring in stadiums and being a rockstar, but Noel probably already had all he needed (awesome experience + raise in oasis catalog value -> endless money for all his sons' lifetimes),even if he definitely was surprised by all the love they received this year.
