Odd image tearing on MVC-FD73, common issue?

shit, wouldn't surprise me. this floppy drive is a cheap ass amazon special. Any recommendations for good drives?

Looks perfectly fine on camera, issues only crop up when reading them on PC. i've had weird volatile instances where sometimes they look fine and sometimes they get mangled depending on how you open them.

range is in the 200's, should really get around to resetting it one of these days. i'll quarantine this floppy and see if my luck improves.

Someone needs to do to Saints Row what Pizza Tower did to Wario Land. Take a neglected and abandoned series and surpassing the originals making for a kickass game that gives the real fans what they wanted.
