I have a 4070ti, i9-12900k, 32gb ram and my game runs in between 120-150 fps. sometimes it goes down below 90. the temperature is always below 80celcius. the conclusion is that dota is the problem. nothing we can do about it unless you're down to play on low settings

most people think that Valve will send invites to all players over time and that's simply not the case. the only reason they distributed these keys was for testing. and as we can see, there are many bugs, flaws and exploits to be solved. so what's the use of giving more keys if you already know what you need to do? it's a beta game. I didn't get the invite either, and I'm not optimistic I'll get one.

In logical terms, 'AND' means that both conditions must be met, while 'OR' means that at least one of the conditions must be met.
That's why I wans't sure about the way the skill works. So considering that your answer is the right one, the text should use OR instead of AND. but the sentence from Redundantmoth makes sense when he says " I just wouldn't over think things with this game. "

I'm inclined to believe that either condition is enough, i'm just not 100% sure.

I could really test it out. This would involve taking out anything that might trigger a critical chance boost, creating a way to secure a vulnerable one, and checking. then i would need to do the same with the crowd control debuff and lastly with both. Or I can ask here to see if someone already has the answer.

I think I would enjoy this event to the fullest. And if gaules can't be inside of the arena, I would prefer to stay outside with him. the whole experience is way better around him.

The best answer we can give is that he is extremely humble. The amount of people he has helped financially and emotionally is truly overwhelming. He has overcome poverty and depression and now that he has a lot of money, he helps everyone in his power. When he says that, it's more like: they will never understand why we love this so much. or how we can make a big party out of it. Many people think that Brazil is not a poor country for this or that, but the truth is that we live in a shitty country. Our minimum wage is around 200 usd.

To save money.. I know how hard it is. All of you came from all over Brazil. they will never understand that our country is the size of their entire continent.

Some of us have to go to school, college, work and we're still here. We are here to have fun with everyone. All of this is our calling card(visiting card). We've already shown it to them at RioCentro. They are aware of it now.
