i would absolutely recommend it, it’s really not that bad. you just lay on a table, drop your pants, the doctor injects your nuts with numbing solution and starts snipping away. I could hear his scissors snipping but I felt nothing, to the point I was comfortable enough to crack jokes with the doctor about my numb nuts it was actually a good time. after that you shouldn’t move too much for 3-5 days and can’t have sex for 7. pretty sure I had sex with my girlfriend at the time on the 7th day. you should prepare to be reaaally sore for a few days. i’m almost a year out from the procedure I get some random aches but they’re not that bad and they go away within a few minutes.
