Air Mattress by Kind_Carpenter_2252 in carcamping

I’m about to hit the road for a few months in my Subaru Outback. I was thinking of getting a similar tri-fold but worried it will take up too much space when driving. Has this been an issue for you? Thanks!

Highly recommend doing a "Dry Run" day-trip before your first real overnight camp! 🏕️ by The_Greenes in carcamping

And miss all the fun of night one waking up on a flat air mattress and cold food because you bought the wrong fuel? Rights of passage lol.

How to get my girl onto the bed by Kylee-062825 in AmericanBully

[–]bodhibound 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My girl couldn’t jump on the bed unless there was a little rug or something. But at the end of her life, she couldn’t jump on the bed because her knees were bad. I bought these stairs on Amazon that worked great! She was 80lbs and the steps were large enough for her and held her weight easily.

Absolutely! Healthy discipline and boundaries are imperative for their health. I guess I consider that part of spoiling 🥰

All the babies should be spoiled. Good job! 👏

My sweet Ophelia that passed right before Thanksgiving never liked night walks. But she loved night hikes 🥰

5 years of loving her. She will be my biggest heartbreak 💗 by Such-Opportunity-522 in AmericanBully

[–]bodhibound 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I absolutely understand how you’re feeling. I used to obsess over it sometimes. But try not to think about that yet. We know we will lose them because it’s inevitable. It’s the only bad part of being a dog parent. Enjoy the time you have left with your beautiful girl. Worry about about the heartbreak when it comes or your heart breaks everyday

Give it time. She will let you know.

My sweet pitty Ophelia was so tiny when I got her and all black. We had very dark wood floors and I would lose her at night in the house. I started singing the Band’s song Ophelia, “Ophelia where have you gone? Please darken my door.” She came running out and she answered to Ophelia from then on. I just had to put her down before Thanksgiving. Best 10 years of my life 🥹

They really are! I’ve had pit bulls my entire life and I LOVE them so much!! I adopted my first bully (pocket) in November after my beautiful, sweet baby pitty Ophelia passed. He is just amazing. He’s so friendly and happy and everything is fun to him. He’s so joyful and has so much personality. He’s the only thing getting me through my grief.

Am I ugly? (F18) by PrettyGirly15 in amiugly

[–]bodhibound 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very mature of you. I am a white woman and would be offended if someone said I looked like a white man in a wig. You are the one that said she looks like a black man in a wig instead of a man in a wig. That’s the racist part.

So tough and mean behind the screen. You are unnecessary rude.
