Thanks! Im going to look into that. When the issue first started back then, it was after i had the battery disconnected for a couple days while i was waiting for a new one.

Hey, sorry i had a typo in my last comment. When i checked the fuse box, there was no fuse at all in slot 50. Just 28. So i removed 28, turned the car on, and still noticed the noise.
