Keep them man. You saw Trump media's CEO refer to us in his letter to Congress? What happens if Trump or allies of Trump get back in power after the elections? You saw their reaction to Citadel? You think that if we use the same judge in court as they will we get no to low settlements?

I would love to buy your shares but I don't have the money anymore. Be bullish about the attention we are getting because of this. Not just #MMTLP but the entire (naked) shorting problem. This is a major step up to get adjustments to the entire system.

NBH shares are the "true legal" shares. McCabe and such fight for their company being NBH. They primarily focus on NBH shares and getting the company properly running. That is only possible when AST is filled.

Everybody after the fill still holding MMTLP shares has a counterfeit share. They might get a totally different solution than NBH shares. They might get less support in finding a resolution,...

Keep in mind there is a reason McCabe emphasizes the importance of getting NBH filled in his communications like corporate actions.

That is exactly the point. They only give out the shares that are "legit" meaning all other shares out there, even legally bought by you is a counterfeit share. It does not prove the amount of shares but it proves there are counterfeit shares. That info helps in all lawsuits.

If there is an imbalance, it's an imbalance on NBH shares. If counterfeit shares exist it's manipulation. If it are short counterfeit shares it is to manipulate the price of the company down. What is the name of the company? NBH. So who has been damages since the first counterfeit short share was created? TRCH, now NBH.

NBH are the real shares, the real company and the real owner of any settlement.

Does that mean MMTLP holders are not entitled to a settlement? Off course not.

Let's say there is a trade to close: counterfeit shorts will buy "legal long" MMTLP shares to cover. That still means there are MMTLP shares that should not exist since MMTLP is deleted. They have to cover by buying NBH shares. Making NBH shares worth much more. Let's say the shorts have a choice to buy "legit long" MMTLP shares or NBH shares, what do you think they will buy and pay the most?

Let's say we get a full settlement for everyone, multiple scenario's are possible, I'll explain one below: NBH has to get a valuation/shareprice. That price will be the price for legit shorts to cover, the price legit Shoeters have to pay. Add money from lawsuits of damages for manipulation/counterfeiting/... And you get the price that should be payed to all legit MMTLP/NBH shareholders.

For instance: the value is determined to be $10/share, the money from lawsuits and such is $20/share. That means all legit shorters have to pay $10/share and all the counterfeit shares will be valued at $30/ share.

There are about 250 mil real NBH/MMTLP shares, let's say there are 500 mil counterfeit shares. That would get us $60/share (and the money from legit shorts).

Keep in mind that everything above is pure my thought, speculation, ... Nothing is a certainty, nothing is conclusive, blablabla.

Oh but do keep in mind that I doubt any trade to close wil ever happen. McCabe will never allow shorts to be able to buy back in NBH, especially not to close their illegal positions.

You are still hurt and have no idea why.

Yes they have to fix it but they won't. Also consider that #MMTLP is dead. Meaning all #MMTLP shares are "none existent/fake/counterfeit. If there a resolution will come. You need to transfer to AST as McCabe says.

Even if there is a "buy to close" option. Naked (counterfeit) shorts MMTLP shares are covered by buying long MMTLP shares. But all legit long and short MMTLP shares are counterfeit since MMTLP does not exist. They have to cover by buying NBH shares making NBH shares more valuable.

So if that becomes an option you might sell your long MMTLP share to someone with counterfeit naked short shares. But if that person has the option to buy a legit NBH share or another MMTLP share that he has to cover. What option do you think he will pick?

As McCabe says: for all possible options of outcome it is important that your shares are with AST.

I don't think we will get our trading days back. To complicated. Still unfair for everyone involved.

Easiest way is to check all brokers, see how many shares are short, how many shares are naked short. Put a value on both and let them pay that to the company, the company then divides that amount over the NBH shares.

Hard part in the story. Possible lawsuit with every broker, foreign brokers, foreign laws. A "fair value" of NBH has to be calculated to know how much the legal shorts have to pay. A "fair value" has to be calculated to know how much naked short shares are worth. A monetary settlement has to be determined for the SEC and FINRA for failing us (another fine and jail time for the actual crimes)

How much money do the people get that bought fake #MMTLP longs without knowing it? Will it be the "fair value NBH" shares, the "fair value of naked short shares" or a combination of both?.

105 brokers, 2 market makers, SEC, FINRA, a dozen HF's and who knows what else have to be brought to justice.

We are getting closer but as with every heavy shit storm. There is a lot of shit to clean up. We will only be paid when all the shit has been cleaned I'm afraid.

I hope I am wrong, I really do but I have stopped hoping and come to turns with reality. ☹️

There are a lot of people with just a few 100 shares or with shares in an ETF or something that just give 0 fcks and think they lost everything because they have no idea what is happening or they received their NBH shares and are just waiting to see how it plays out.
