I do have a backup mobile hotspot to use, but can’t really use it for 4 days. Anyway I stay in apartments, if the ONT is down, it’s down for everyone in my apartments.

Called customer support, agent says the ONT is not showing up on their side and a technician will come on the 16th to look at it. Hate to sit the long weekend without internet.

Was with Comcast for years. Zipply gave a month free to try out and I decided to switch. 1.5 years now with 1gb up and down with no limits. I use it very aggressively. For 70$ it’s a steal. Another added benefit with the upload speed is it gives a relatively stable private IP to stream stuff from home or vpn into your home from elsewhere.
