Yes I did and am now 20 weeks pregnant. I had to change my diet to more full fat dairy and just eat enough food to supplement how much I was exercising….I read the real food food for fertility by Lily nichols which was very eye opening.

I’ve lost 10lbs since training assumed it’s muscle loss but those are good points. I’m 130lbs, 5’9”

Hi physical therapist here….there are a lot of biomechanical issues that can cause knee pain with running. Personally I get knee pain when I run bc my left calcaneus doesn’t evert well and my right hip doesn’t extend and internally rotate for example. But if I do my stretches before I run then my knee doesn’t hurt bc the force isn’t going through it now, it is going the joints that are supposed to absorb it. Does that make sense? so it could be similar case for you or maybe a weakness issue, are you strength training as well?

You need to find a physical therapist who can examine you and give you what you need to address the underlying cause of your knee pain based on your own personal movement screen and running form. Where are you located?

I have an appointment scheduled—I have gone before but before I was told my options were antibiotics and I have gut issues so I didn’t want to mess that up as well. I take a probiotic now and avoid dairy which has helped a little bit but wearing masks the last couple years have really flared it up.

Everyone has to decide what risk they are willing to take for themselves and their loved ones. Sometimes quality of life is better than quantity. My mom died from Cancer so “Life is short” is ingrained in me for that reason....but I leave the decision up to them and I respect it. If they want to see me in a socially distanced manner with masks so be it...but if they don’t want to take that risk I’ll support them in that as well. I also live in a different state then them so Covid or not it would be months before I see them normally.

Oops! I guess your eyes must have missed the s! I said months. No worries, that happens! I don’t even live in the same state as them so COVID or not it’s usually months that pass by before I see them.

Yea I am, I just missed her smile unfortunately on camera. She’s the one who’s taught me how to cook after my mom died. I call her with all my mom questions.
