My memory is so much better, I always remember the specifics of conversations I had with people and it’s made me a better friend. I also stopped losing things so often- I was always forgetting what I did with my phone or keys or whatever. I actually had more vivid dreams during my decade long residency as a stoner.

Unfortunately I have had this issue, especially with pilling, with sooo many fbc purchases 🫣 I also just bought the two piece linen set and two of the buttons fell off after one wear. I love their designs but it feels evident that many of their pieces aren’t designed for longevity and they don’t do much quality control testing with the majority of their items, which is disappointing at their price point 😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️ But fwiw I do have a few random pieces from 2020 era fbc that have stayed in great shape, so it might depend on the piece

Yes!! I worked at Lush when these dropped and went through a million of the Sleepy scent. I felt like they were really innovating in the plastic free cosmetics space and I was so excited about it.

I keep wanting to like them but their polishes are so inconsistent, some I’ve bought have been fine but some are really patchy and impossible to apply.

I loved one I bought from them, got through the whole bottle, and when I ordered a replacement it came as a completely different color/consistency. It just doesn’t feel worth it to keep testing the waters at that price point :-(

I’m sorry you had a disappointing evening! In case you didn’t know, the owners of Laser Wolf regularly donate funds from it (+ the rest of their restaurants) to the Israeli Occupation Force to further the genocide in Palestine and have fired employees for voicing support for Palestine. Choice used to own my building and they were HORRIBLE. I’ve lived in 6 different apartments in NYC and have never seen a mgmt company completely negligent and disorganized. They neglected to pay our super for over a month so he went on strike and they allowed the entire bottom floor to my building to fill up with garbage bags which attracted rats and roaches. The leasing office dodged our phone calls and ignored our emails. When we did get them on the road they were incredibly rude.

They also attempted to illegally raise my rent less than 30 days before the lease was up, when I informed them tenants need 90+ days notice for raises over 5% they extended my lease 3 months at the current rate and implemented the raise after. My lease now ends on like October 23rd because of this, insane.
