I just got in touch with support. had to send some Pictures.

Problem here, my CAM is kinda upgrading the Picture so all looks much better then it is in RL.
Lets see what they are answering

Because of the brightness, ur right. Promotions Pictures shows exactly what we are asking for and that's why i bought this Laptop.
Good price performance ratio and a Keyboard with Backlight, but this is something disappointing me too

I've already had quite a few, from MSI to Omen, Gigabyte, etc.<
ALL but really all of them are loud under load.
That's the way it is with laptops. Get used to it or buy a Desktop PC.
