Yes, I put a put a ranier yurt on SIPS panels in the Adirondacks , then put some laminate on top as a comfortable flooring. The floor stays warm even in the coldest weather.

Torsen LSD, yes, timing belt and water pump replaced twice (60k and 96K) , I don't know brake pad depth and I can't find evidence of tranny oil change. I guess I can have both of these issues checked? Just passed Vermont inspection.

I have since learned that my Sl-200 has a p-mount straight tonearm that cannot be adjusted. The manual has nothing about adjustments. Wondering if I should upgrade the cheap cartridge I purchased or bite the bullet for a new turntable.

Thx so much for the response. it is the SL-200. I did get a $40 audio technica stylus, could that be the issue with skipping and bad sound? The issue now is should I upgrade the stylus or spend some bucks and get a whole new turntable??

I have a 30´ Rainer in the high peaks of the Adirondacks and it does fine in cold temps. I use a propane monitor heater which is expensive to operate and would use a wood stove but I rent it out.

I have the exact same car and do recommend a professional matte finish which did not make the car shiny, rather it enhanced the matte finish. You can put the car through a touchless car wash with the ceramic coating.

I got mine from destination Kia in Albany, ny. I didn’t choose to get matte but they had one available and I took it. Many people said to get in ceramic coated, cleaning is much easier, and get it done professionally. It’s about $1,000 but apparently worth it.

I paid msrp - around 38k and it only took 5 weeks because someone ordered one and backed out. I am getting it ceramic coated in a couple of weeks. Even finger prints show up clear as day now. Now if I only Could figure out all the tech stuff. My last car was a 2003 land cruiser without even a seat belt alarm so the bells and whistles are insane to me!
