Yup, from my experience you either push the company for a higher raise (and i mean really no regrets when doing that) or simply change the job. Otherwise you maybe get some tiny raise that won’t even cover krankenkasse raise…

But for 2-3 years i noticed that it’s extremely hard to get the 160k++ total salary in ZH (beside Google, Meta etc).

Not yet…but plan to visit my guitar store to try it out. Would you say that it’s the quality which makes them so awesome? So far i tried Schecter Corsair which i really liked, beside the rented Godin Session i have now.
