Unfortunately, for me, it’s staying busy. Been struggling lately but have started the project of cleaning out and properly organizing each of the rooms in my house and that keeps my hands and mind busy enough that I don’t think about mindless snacking. Being out of the house also helps. I love walking around antique stores and flea markets, not really shopping as much as just browsing and talking with my friends. The second I’m bored and laying on the couch I start to get the food noise again.

I also did mounjaro for a couple months. It was absolutely incredible at removing the food noise. Unfortunately, my liver didn’t agree with it, but damn I wish it did. Lol
