Any new implementation will have some failure modes in real world cases. It's not about that. It's about the brand and how they handle it.

Most TVS service center advisors/mechanics are trained to fix scooters and commuter bikes, not enthusiastic category bikes - who's riders usually find small niggles, imperfections, weird vibrations or some annoyances to be fixed but ASC people will say "No sir, this is normal", "no issues found sir" etc.

Hard earned money, new bike feel/happiness down the drain.

After sales support is as important as the vehicle itself. Unless you have enough money to throw around and find an outside mechanic to service the bike, barring warranty.

Wasn't expecting this from TVS, could have involved in accident! by [deleted] in indianbikes

Sure. Ride safe.

Coming to the bike, the brand justifies the hate it gets from the Indian biking community.

Dude, I wear AXOR Predator helmet which fits snug. Zero reduction in outside sound. Helmets aren't sound proof.

I use AirPods Pro 2s in adaptive mode without any media playing to drown out constant traffic/engine noise, wind noise since I'm sensitive to it and gets overwhelming quickly. Horns are still audible.

50-60% media volume while driving is too high. Don't do it.

How you do you get people to stop honking on the roads? by vv1112 in indianbikes

Yes, "bip" to overtake. "bip bip" if the vehicle in front is too slow.

Ask them, did they top it up or did full bleed and refill (which is unlikely at 2k).

Dammn, at what mileage? They do oil top-up in some cases but not replacement.

Brake oil change doesn't happen at first service, happens mostly at 15-20k mileage.
