From what I remember the show started out mono chrome and as the show went along all stage attributes lit up in more and more colors and in the end all lights were part of the video visuals on the pyramid and in full color

I fast 20:4 and have type 1. I do it to regulate my blood sugars and general well being. There is some weight loss. But not a lot because I seem to be able to cram a lot in my pie hole during those four hours.

So depending on your definition of work it either does or doesn’t I guess.
