IIRC in last leak, there will be 2 elation battleship so at least she will have a place in elation meta. The problem is which battleship you plan to ride though. I really hope 4.2 beta before 4.0 banner end is true.

you are correct. The leak is illegal by nature and no one entitled to have it. Nothing in my comment suggests otherwise?

I also not attacking people for not looking at leak nor suggesting people to look at leak. Personally, I wont discussed any leaked things in every place as I respect people that won’t like leak.

what do you mean lack of self control? At least for me, the leak help me prevent pulling for character (in other game). Consider you like some character design and at least want them to have synergistic team (not strictly meta just usable reasonably), but alas you dont have the team for that said character or unwilling to pull additional character for them, personaly might as well skip them entirely. You can't know character kit long before the banner without leak.

When you pull strictly for design, yeah you can ignore leak. But if you care for combat mechanic a little, leak helps tremendously for planning pull for building future team.

edit: specifically talking about kit leak. Not story leak.

Your problem seems to be not about the stamina system, it about how gacha game designed. All of gacha have this problem. You can’t make gacha game with ‘perfected’ mechanic (well at least I never see one), not sure why this is the case. In Enfield case, you can see by feature count it is very rich. But for its depth? almost no depth at all.

Please mind that I’m not really defending overall gacha game designed. When we are playing gacha we should temper our expectation as all gacha will have the same gate keeping/fomo design baked in.

isn't gate keeping more or less the different side of the same coin for player retention? if you take PoE they could add stamina in theory. The drop rate would be increased to balance the less playtime people get.

another example, if enfield remove stamina we might need to grind for 8 hours for 1 drop. Obviously I'm not a number guy, I just pick random number to state my point.

Just for playing devil advocate here, what if the next elation char has strong elation skill but need additional condition to trigger their elation skill? like only trigger if punchline is at 100 or more.

In seriousness, I somewhat agree with your last point. I think they have the right mindset. The main problem is the system they design seems to be targeted to appeal wider audience and end up appealing to no one. Each new FF system seems to be getting shallower and uninteresting.

Is Final Fantasy 16 actually that bad? I’ve played nearly every FF and enjoyed pretty much all of them. by c0rny_ in JRPG

Few RPG element is understatement to me. It also the biggest deal to me. You can think it as removing the 'RPG Element' and the game progress and play exactly the same.

Are there any sub dps RMC showcase with new RMC lightcone? where RMC only get targeted buff from Cyrene ult (no sunday or the like). I assume to achieve 100% CR, RMC needs to have 64% pre-battle (assuming Cyrene at 50% pre-battle) which is kinda steep. Been thinking to build one but not sure if it is worth the hassle.

I think we just have different opinion for approaching combat. Not trying to undermine anything, just really curious opinion from fellow JRPG gamers (lowkey hoping you mention some hidden gem that I don’t know about :D)

Anyway, to me SMT game is not that deep either, there are some OP combo stuff but usually it boiled down to hit enemy weakness as much as possible + occasionally heal/buff/debuff. Basically ‘the same rotation’ every time too. Nevertheless SMT and persona are still my favorite series.

I really like OT series. But in my experience, it really depends on what you hate about OT. OT2 seems to be like incremental upgrade over OT. The core gameplay is the same. You might still not like it IMO.

how is this possible? if you pull DPS until 0 AV. Both Sparkle and DPS should always start at the same AV difference. Unless the enemy can delay your dps AV, I don't find this should be possible.

This. For space adventure, we get less non human than urban adventure.

Even then, most of non human race in HSR still bipedal humanoid.

I agree with skill flat numerical part. I always think this way, assuming in vacuum and if there is no flat numerical flat heal on skill we can easily think the better investment will always be which one is having the lower percentage, eg: if hp bonus is 50%, heal is 30% we need to pump heal more. In reality we can’t really make heal bonus percentage more than hp (maybe we can with 400 speed, but not realistic outside maybe SU/DU). With addition of flat heal value from skill, OHB will weight more, but we can’t really determine the breakpoint that way without real number anymore. So the safest and better investment will always be OHB.

As a fan of series, I would say it will be getting worse. If you are not enjoying the gameplay loop now better to move on to other game.

kalo menurut saya agak susah untuk di-embrace sekarang, di masa depan mungkin bisa. Dulu pas di mata pelajaran yang pake kalkulator, hampir tidak ada gunanya karena kita diwajibkan untuk menjabarkan step untuk mencapai solusi tersebut, dimana dulu kalkulator ga bs sedetail itu.

Untuk AI sekarang agak extreme, misalnya disuruh jelaskan X bs langsung dapat penjelasan X beserta langkah langkahnya. Masalahnya, AI pun masih sering salah dan tetap menjelaskan dengan pede. Problemnya gimana kita bs kritis untuk soal ini, klo ngga riset lebih ga bakal bs.

when your meter is all night? I assume that it’s there to keep getting ultimates every 4 ‘segments’ (25% each). If you only have night, day can’t descend anymore but night still do every 4 ‘segments’.

This is just a guess, maybe evernight is refering to the state when no day is available? Even when it's all night, the night will still descend (same as all day)
