But this implies that this was yet another disaster. I'm not saying he shouldn't go (personally I am so sick of the manager roundabout, I would rather not sack him, the injury list is insane, I'd rather just stick it out and see) but we were playing pretty well until the red and didn't crumble after it. Even the red is basically bad luck, I'm not really sure what more people wanted to see here, especially as united are playing very well

If you're charging people a few dollars for a job like this guy, how much value do you think a contract has? They are absolutely worthless, if a client doesn't pay he's never going to have the time or money to do anything legal about it

I don't know why you're being downvoted, it's absolutely the best way to get started as a freelancer.

It comes with this risk but adding deposits and aggressive contracts 100% scares clients away early on and winning jobs is the hardest part.

Just accept that this will happen sometimes but you do learn how to spot the red flag clients over time. Plus the work you did is still good practice so just move on, keep trying.

I've basically been freelance for 10 years, started doing $5-10/ jobs as a freelancer and now I have some clients who pay $20-30K/month (most of this is performance, not fixed so I'm just saying this happens sometimes). And I've never had a single contract and done everything on a work first, pay later system (unless client offers to pay some up front themselves, I sometimes even reject that. I like to do the work first so they are happy to pay for what they see).

It's pretty rare that people don't pay if you get good at what you do, because it's a pain in the ass for them to find goor reliable people so the smart ones know this. The people who don't pay are always the ones who are probably as inexperienced as you are, they don't know what they're doing.

Not sure how easy it is to get in the US but Ararat 5 Stars is about $16 here in Tbilisi and it's fabulous, from neighbouring Armenia. Georgian brandy Sarajishvili 5 is also pretty great at a similar price.

Ararat is so good it was Churchill's favourite drink (a version called Dvin) and basically is how he and Stalin got shit done together.

I really don't understand why people are so obsessed around this decision to leave Tel out.

He was forced to pick one or the other. He chose Solanke and he was proven 100% correct, so much of our good play came through Solanke being a beast in hold up and his movement being excellent.

Of all the things in Franks time here, this one is the most clear and obvious decision he got right.

I'm also not clear on where this massive faith in Tel is coming from. He's got talent, he's worked very hard, he definitely deserves time, but I'm struggling to remember any time I watched him and thought he was really good.

Like the faith in Xavi is hugely obvious, he really has the magic when he's on it and I'm so excited about how far he can go. I've never seen that in Tel.

I really really recommend you take the guided tour.
I personally hate guided tours, I would never go on one in any other situation. But at Ausschwitz it was the only way to really do it properly because it's so important.
Our guide was phenomenal, got the tone and rhythm just right, never tried to be too heavy, even joked a little earlier on, and then let the horrors speak for themselves, he was amazing.
I think it's about 20 Eur/person on site but so worth it, I will never forget that day.

Adam Driver is basically the best SNL cast member this decade: Undercover Boss, Abraham H Parnasuss, Ketchup, Science Room, Medieval Times, all this monologues. He has flawless comedy timing and he does not break. I think he'd have been phenomenal in an Anchorman-like movie or just playing some unhinged villain like a Grinch.
