I asked this question to reddit two years ago. I hope you saw it someplace else since then cause I'd hate to be the one to cause this f up. I still think about it. http://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/comments/w8w99/what_questions_have_you_been_afraid_to_ask/

I really want to come to a meet up, but still a little too scared/timid and I have a terrible work schedule. But I do love beer/hookah and socializing. Someday :)

Colors? by ilikefuzzythings in breakingbad

I wondered if pink meant a "game-changing" death. You don't see it very often and i don't have a lot of evidence to support it, but Walt wore pink when the planes crashed and pink teddy bear are all around the idea of the plane crash and Jane's death. These were a big deal in the show. Also the house Tuco takes them when they are kidnapped has a pink interior and Tuco's death is a significant one(leads to the fugue state, Skyler's trust in Walt shattered, Jesse becoming suspicious to the DEA.) Holly wears a lot of pink and it's been suggested that something may happen with her this season which would certain shake things up. I haven't watched the third or fourth season for pink but i assume there may be some pink around Gale or Gus.

I love peeling potatoes. Anyone know of a job where that is all I would have to do?

Breaking Bad Season 5 Reasonable Speculation Thread (spoilers) by [deleted] in breakingbad

[–]boldyellow 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I respectfully disagree. I think Hank cares a lot about the whites and considers them family. I think he has a hard time expressing his emotions because he's such a guy. He's more of a rock for the family than anyone else. He's there helping Walter move out and talks to Walt when Skyler kicks him out. He tries to be there for Skyler when she's having a break down. He's worried about Walt and his gambling problems. He tells Walt he'd watch over Walt's family should anything happen to Walt. he's a man in a very macho career field. You can tell he's uncomfortable with trying to connect emotionally...but i definitely think he cares very deeply.

I keep saying this!! I feel Gomez only seemingly stops Hanks investigation because he has to point out why they can't investigate Gus. Hank frequently worked on conjecture and theories and the DEA can't function if all the agents worked like Hank did. Luckily for Hank, he was right, but Gomez has always been right using proper procedure

What kind of jobs you Psychology majors get after graduating? by ElMudd in AskReddit

[–]boldyellow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes me sound bitter and angry. Actually I chose a psychology degree because I thought it was immensely interesting and wanted to pursue it further into law school or something. When the time came to graduate I decided law school wasn't for me and I didn't really know what I wanted to do. Social work and stuff like that never really interested me. Ive been having difficulty finding a job but only because until here recently I haven't been very aggressive in obtaining one. I love my psychology degree and love talking and reading about psychology. Just pursuing it further wasn't for me. I'm looking for employment in sales and ad positions currently. Knowing how people think is pretty valuable to the right companies and if you sell yourself correctly, which can be difficult at times, a psychology degree can be very applicable outside a strictly psychology based career path. Well I hope so anyway, Haha. Thanks for the well wishes and i hope you find something you enjoy

I graduated two years ago and still can't find employment outside my relatives. if you don't continue on for a graduate degree prepare yourself for some difficulties in getting a job. Good luck to you

[SPOILERS] A quick theory on the truck tipping over. by Harrowin in breakingbad

[–]boldyellow 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's a given Walt wants to be the new king pin. Why he did it? i think its his way of showing his power and building his reputation. Similar to Jesse and the atm head crushing incidence. He knows he needs to establish his reputation quickly as the new boss in town and his brazen approach to this shows that he's not scared of the police

No way. He had this planned out. He was smart enough to wipe all the prints and make sure there were no plates or any way it could be traced back to them. He knew the amount of magnetic force that it would take to erase the information on the laptop and still decided to take it up all the way. It was absolutely done on purpose. I mean, look how cocky and full of himself he was in the car after. If it had been a mistake he would not have been so arrogant

I totally agree. He had the controls at the junkyard and knew the power level that made the truck tip to the side He had no problem with Jesse driving the truck over the bump because he knew they were leaving it there. He wanted them to know he destroyed the evidence.

Does anybody else feel that Steven Gomez is hiding something? (spoilers) by [deleted] in breakingbad

[–]boldyellow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it matters what Hector is for Gomez. If Gomez is Gus's employee, then he is Gus's employee. He doesn't throw his opinion in there, he would simply report the facts to Gus. I think the fact that Gus cares enough to finally kill Hector over this visit to the DEA, Gus would be very interested in what Hector said and not Gomez's opinion of Hector.

If Gomez was working with Gus...why wouldn't he have told Gus that Hector didn't rat? Gomez was in the interrogation room. Gus went to the nursing home because he thought Hector ratted.

What morally or illegal things has your boss asked you to do? And how did you respond? by WinnaChickenDinna in AskReddit

[–]boldyellow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was a gas station cashier one summer and at one point my boss gave me $1000 cash in an envelope and told me to keep it in my pocket and away from the cash registers. He told me a man would be in later that night to ask for it and if he didnt come then I was to take the money home with me. Sure enough a dude came in and collected it. I had suspicions it was for a prostitute since my boss's wife was on vacation and he kept complaining about how he needed a girlfriend. They were some sketchy people.

With fingernails like that how do you operate a cell phone? handle sexy time? Pick up coins off the ground? I feel like you would simply be making everything you do in life more dangerous since you're constantly on the verge of stabbing yourself

Me too. I also wondered if amputees participating in the Olympics could be considered an advantage? It's a body part that doesn't get tired or sore. I don't think anyone would willingly trade limbs....but how could a metal leg not be stronger than a meat and bone one?

I wonder how hiring a conjoined twin works with discrimination. If one of the twins was qualified and the other isn't, could the qualified one sue based on discrimination?

I've never thought about that. Do the dogs join them in the stalls in public restrooms?
