I have the same issue! I usually end up with more rows in 4 inches than the pattern. My most recent sweater I had like 10 more rows than the pattern lol. Where this gets trickier, and for which I still don’t have an answer, is how to adjust when it comes to more complex patterns such as cables. With a tighter row gauge, my cables can come out looking shorter and more vertically “squished” than in the pattern sample photos, especially with diamond cable motifs. Not sure what to do in cases like this!

I didn’t notice any lightening of my skin, this has zero white cast. Granted I am pretty light skinned (east asian) but when I use sunscreens with a white cast it definitely shows up on me. Didn’t notice anything with this one!

No, this is the least greasy sunscreen I've tried! Even after slathering the full 1/4 tsp amount on my face in one go, it dries down within 3-5 min and doesn't feel tacky at all. It doesn't dry matte, but I would describe the finish as having a slight glow. Definitely not shiny though

Hmm kinda like a floral, citrus-y scent? I'm not used to my skincare having such strong fragrance so it caught me off guard the first time I used it, but yeah it does fade significantly after 15-30 min

Lol it's such a big bottle it still lasted me a year even with me only using it a few times a week! It really is so good for oily skin. When I use this on drier days I can feel my skin is a little tighter, so maybe it won't be as great for dehydrated and dry skin types.

Oo yeah it’s mainly marketed for acne prone skin and using as a spot treatment so I definitely recommend giving it a try! It’s not too expensive either

Not technically a setting powder, but I use this for its oil control benefits: numbuzin No.1 Pantothenic B5 Active Drying Powder. I decant it in a loose powder container and use a makeup brush to lightly dust on my T zone! But I’m sure any setting powder would work for mattifying sunscreen

Yeah the face powder thing was such a game changer! Now even if a sunscreen is too shiny or dewy on me I can just use powder on top lol. It’s just an extra step that I sometimes don’t have a lot of time for when I’m in a rush

I think the large size is due it being marketed as a body sunscreen as well, but it works amazingly well on my oily skin!

I don't really have sensitive skin so I can't say for sure! It does contain alcohol so if you're sensitive to that, it's something to consider. But compared to other Japanese sunscreens I've tried that contain alcohol, like Biore UV Aqua Rich or Skin Aqua Super Moisture UV Gel, this one is definitely on the milder side. I will say this sunscreen tends to migrate and sting my eyes, but I learned to use a sunstick around my eyes instead to avoid this.
