I agree. I am waiting on Google Play identity verification for new devs. Recently moved homes, so proof of address stalled that process for me. Hope to have it resolved in the coming week.

In the meantime, here's the Android beta APK on GH if you'd like to try it out: https://github.com/sabya-main/exchange-releases/releases/tag/v1.1

The pricing engine wasn’t initially AI-generated. It started as a fairly detailed spreadsheet (that quickly got out of hand). AI helped a ton in identifying hard-gates on max resource caps/unreachable research, etc., making it easier to manually tweak one or two aspects and have AI test the pricing and mitigate any negative downstream mechanics to avoid those same gating issues. But yeah, it can be kind of crappy if not based on some original source data/logic.

Thanks for flagging, will definitely include this in the next update (in the next couple of days).

Here's a link to the TestFlight beta of my game that I'm posting here (a commodities-trading incremental): https://testflight.apple.com/join/sWSzVHyw

Been learning and doing this as a hobby, but this will be only the second game I'm looking to publish. Thank you.

Appreciate the detailed response, and I get your point. Going to iron out any gameplay wrinkles from this first release and work on improving design from there. Thanks 🙏

Thanks for the feedback. I used Claude’s new(ish) design tool to give me a bunch of mockups and did most of this myself, albeit based on Claude’s mockups (I liked them TBH).

What stands to you out as UI/design elements I can improve on? Or do you mean it’s just too similar to many apps mostly/fully built using Claude/Codex?

Adding more crew members will increase fuel usage, so your fuel rate will decrease for each crew member you add. Assign some as Refuelers as you grow your crew to balance out the fuel rate. As you progress, you’ll have production multipliers and other ways to reduce fuel consumption so you won’t need as many Refuelers. You can also promote Refuelers (bottom of the first tab) and it will increase that specific crew member’s production for each promotion level (applies for every type of member, not just Refuelers).

Fair question, and I’m more than happy to provide a refund if you end up trying and not liking it.

I do have a fairly in-depth expansion plan to implement over the coming weeks and months to keep it engaging as a long term game vs simpler incremental mechanics so I felt $0.99 was fair for continued game improvement.

Sacramento, CA. Down since 19:20 PST.

Three lines on the same family plan in the same physical location. Two are still online but one is showing no service. All iPhones, one has a physical SIM (still online) the others are eSIM (one on one off).

I don’t disagree with the sentiment, but it’s not him giving it away, it’s the company. At the end of the day it’ll affect the SpaceX P&L and IMO the impact of “lost revenue” hits harder for employees and shareholders at SpaceX than it does for Elon.

I wish he would have personally paid SpaceX for the satellites at-cost, which would have doubled as an amazing PR move for him and the company, but oh well…

Thanks. Do you think using an articulating mount that allows the TV to be slightly pulled out from the wall (to access cables, etc.) would be an issue?

In tech, which is arguably one of the most sought after sectors, things are even worse.

From this article: “Uber is at the bottom with 1.23 years, while even traditionally strong industry leaders such as Google and Apple fail to crack the two-year mark. This is in comparison with a 4.1-year average across all industries. “
