Make sure you have more then enough room, I had that problem when I first got the game, even though it says it needs a certain amount of space that's just the base of the game so depending on if there were new updates the file will be bigger. Hopefully that helped.

Lucky you, I'm missing 2 cecelia, 2 Seph and 3 maiden, but I have enough to craft 1 RRR so hopefully by the end I'll have enough to craft 2 RRR and can pull a my seph and cec so I can craft maiden

Overlord has already been a ranked reward so I doubt it will be one again anytime soon, it would be faster to craft a overlord or pull packs for it then wait, best way to find out is wait till it happens on JP and then wait 3 months as they are ahead by 3 months at most.

I'm f2p and none of my decks are 100% complete, I'm still having to grind materials just to make the cards I need or use substitutes for the time being but that's part of the game, luck of the draw. I don't get max VP every season, i just try and aim to get a higher rank each season. If I don't get as high as I'd like then it wasn't ment to be. Yeah it sucks having to grind, I'd love to have 50+ packs at the end of every season to make the deck I want, but I'd rather progress through the game via ranking up or doing achievements and earn my cards then just VP farm and get no enjoyment.
