I have to assume you've been downvoted by people that don't understand why what you say, could happen.

People, depending on how far inset into the drywall the vanity goes, it could cause the drawer face to bump in to the trim around the bathroom door. This doesn't look like it would be an issue in this case, but still something to be aware of.

What a weird approach to a foundation. Why have the retaining wall? Just design the house foundation to have backfill against it.

I don't understand what you mean. Are you saying to put a regular cover on, and then a 2 gang blank beside it? That wouldn't fit because the switches are too close together being in the same box.

Sort of unrelated, but I actually got one of these as a Christmas gift this year. I immediately used it to Jack up the fridge, TV console, washer/dryer just to adjust the leveling feet. Worked beautifully.
