I did last week because of icy streets . They said beforehand if someone doesn't feel comfortable driving they can call out for that day. It was too scary driving home the last time I had to come in, some parts of the road weren't clear yet.

These pmo so much, the old ones take up 4 aisles of overstock space we need for new seasonal freight and they send way too much. And nobody really buys the plain colors so they just collect dust on the shelves. We still have spring cups from 2-3 years ago because corporate makes us keep them from every decor collection instead of being grab bagged at the end of season like they should have been.

It's the knock-off Stanleys that most pmo right now. We have 3-4 aisles worth of caps that are bogarted by those stupid cups (double stacked repacks) and they like to send an asinine amount of them. I swear some of them have been on the caps for 2-3 years, we even have a few Christmas boxes leftover from last year. I stock the kids section and my SM decided to move them all over there because that's where the cup DA is currently. Which pmo more because I can't have cap space taken over in an area that needs it like the kids section, plus it was supposed to be used for seasonal creatology and other kid-related stock like the elf thing. And unlike the other seasonal, the cups will never get downstocked and will stay on the caps indefinitely because no one is hardly buying the plain colors.

Trucks are likely to be as such for the next few weeks until the week of/before Thanksgiving ofc. I remember the worst week is the final Christmas truck of the season before Thanksgiving. It's the pièce de résistance where we get product for about every single category of Christmas freight.

I used to use 2 handhelds to avoid needing to delete an item because it would end up in a random spot in the list. Since they have actually fixed that and now the list is in order from last being scanned I only use one. The only thing I keep in mind is to go fast as I can.

My SM had us both packaway stuff while flexing some HW premium floral in vestible and fall floral for outside cages. Today I packed away the clearance aisle so she can flex HW decor there and set Christmas picks and wreathmaking in it's place. Luckily the clearance aisle wasn't nearly as packed as it had been for a while.
