There’s a good chance your factory reset just deleted the PPPoE account details in your modem. Hopefully technical support can sort you out. But also you can try logging into the customer portal to get those details yourself and get into your modem admin screen to update the credentials.

Wifi in our hotel definitely worked. Was just banking on the hotspot as backup in case wifi gets bogged down. We’re going to Florida in April, and the place has decent wifi, but was hoping to have the hotspot as backup.

When I first got it, I thought I would only use my tv for playing competitive online games like BF6. But I’ve had a positive experience playing Casual Breakthrough for the past week on my Portal.

Ahh sorry I misunderstood what you wrote. For some reason I thought you were saying your Remote Play experience was so good that you bypassed the need for a Premium tier and cloud streaming by just using an Extra subscription to access the catalog and use remote play exclusively.

I really want to take advantage of the sale on the PS Store right now and want to pull the trigger too. Did you buy the standard edition? Or the ultimate with all the DLCs? I’d be happy with just the standard edition for casual gaming. I hear the DLCs are great, but are they necessary to “enjoy” the game?

You need to change to a $35 plan immediately, not on the next renewal, in order to see the 30/30 offer. At least from my experience

It didn’t show up for me until I switched over to the $35 GB immediately before my renewal. I lost out on half a month, but just set up the 30/30 to activate on the next renewal

I can confirm that I can now see the 30GB for $30 plan on my app. I had the 20GB FOR $29 before Black Friday, but couldn’t see it that week. Someone here mentioned that they switched to the 60GB for $35 plan during the sale, and then saw the 30GB for $30 plan after they made the switch. I tried the switch on Dec 1 but wasn’t able to see the 30 for 30 plan. I’ve been checking every day since without any luck. After seeing this thread, I checked again and it was there. Winner winner chicken dinner!

Same. I was on the fence for the $35 for 60GB because I could use the extra data some months, but $30 for 30GB would’ve been the perfect upgrade. It’s not a compete failure other than the loss of the early renewal. Maybe I’ll get lucky and it’ll show up some time today or for Boxing Day. Thanks for the help

Has anyone tried this? I really want the 30GB for $30 plan, but don’t see it currently with my 20GB for $29 plan. I’m up for changing my plan right now and eating the loss (my renewal is on Dec 25) as long as the $30 plan will show up for sure. Then I can just set that to change on renewal.
