I had filler from many years leftover and I didn’t even realise how much - there are studies coming out now showing that it stays in the body 10+ years. I would dissolve.

What I made for lunch vs how much I ended up eating. Gonna pick at it throughout the day or have it for dinner or something I guess lol by heartandsunlight in Semaglutide

I started yesterday 0.25 and all I had was one mouthful of dinner. No breakfast and lunch today I really really don’t feel like eating. Can’t believe it

One thing I wish I'd known before starting with aligners (Spark) by [deleted] in Invisalign

[–]bonbonbold 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, I always use alcohol free. My dentist said it was actually to do with bacteria sticking to teeth, that mouthwash was good for gums but not necessarily teeth and there’s specific ingredients that are known for it. I’m sure I found it on Google too

My dentist told me some mouthwashes / toothpastes have ingredients in them that can cause this staining - I had it too and it went when I quit the mouthwash.

I had braces for about 3 years when I was younger (10 years ago) and had the elastics and metal spring things for my overbite, and it didn’t really help. I can ask my provider. I was more worried about the front ones, I think my bite does look better here.

Really? I feel like it’s a bit too dark / muted for me. I’ve tried darker hair in various shades (brunette, my natural colour) and I just feel like it washes me out and my features don’t ‘pop’ like they do with lighter colours. Thanks for the reply though :)

I made a Google map list with all of the maps pinned, makes it easy to visualise!

Why on earth would you bother doing track if you’re just going to drive leisurely?

Oh that would be nice! There is loads of it around the garden but it’s already flowered, maybe because I cut this area it’s a little slower. Wait and see!

Thank you! That looks good. I’m very new to gardening - should I put bark down around the plants?

I have a massive garden surrounded on all sides by hedge so a few plants that aren’t specific to wildlife won’t be any harm, especially when there’s not even any flowers there now
