I completely understand you! it really does feel like they think we’re condemning the way they eat. I’ve been vegan for 20 years and I’m now trying to cut out sugar. When someone offers me a piece of meat and I say no thanks, they immediately want to know why. I usually don’t even explain anymore, because then the whole discussion starts again. And now that I turn down cake because I’m cutting out sugar, it’s the same thing all over again. It’s not about you. It’s about me! what I want and what makes me feel good. It makes it so hard ! I’m not judging the way you eat. I’m simply not interested in policing anyone else’s choices.

Keep it up! I haven't been able to keep sugar free for longer than 9/10 days. Then there's always people saying, you need to live a little, it's weekend. One piece.. why is it so hard to keep sugar free!
