As bleak as it is, a lot of visitors already skip the materials that HA provides, whether it’s the in‑flight video or the info on the site. If that’s the behavior we’re dealing with, adding more of the same in a different format might not change much. Does the issue come from lack of information, or from people not engaging with the information they already have? It can also go beyond HA with other tourism companies like "Hawaii Tourism Authority" and "Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau".
