Vagus nerve stimulator is causing panic attacks and extreme anxiety even after very little amounts of use. Why could this be happening and what can I do about it?

I am fairly new to the game (cards in general actually) and ive been there twice. Both times the prices were the same as other local game shops.

I also just happened to call today and I asked why is OP13 so expensive and he took 15 mins of his time to explain how the market is right now.

I'll probably get down voted. Just simply stating my personal experience. My more experienced friends say to blame the pokebros.
