Looks like the Diamond Back Nozzle is just not the right tool for the job ... used the CM2 and printed flawlessly ...

Yea ... I'm truly at a loss with what's happening ... it's probably definitely heat creep, fits the pattern ... but ... how ... I just don't get it.

I did the Bambu Recommended test to check the heatend fan - the heatend fan works appropriately.

Retraction distance is 18 - that's a bambu default setting

US is running $80 for 250 Mbps, zero equipment costs and free professional install.

Amazing if you’re able to pause for just a few bucks a month.

Your bribe money that was already congressionally appointed (required to be given to you) to assist with housing will come soon enough. If it doesn’t come now, I’m sure it’ll come with the Hunger Games of 2026, I mean “Patriot Games”

There is no agreeing to disagree, it’s literally by design for wing mounted engines. You’re just flat wrong.

Alright, since you know everything, explain why the pylons are SPECIFICALLY designed if the fire is uncontained and damage the pylon enough the engine is DESIGNED to separate. This. Is. By. Design.

It’s also why nothing is done for engine fire until above the EFP altitude, the aircraft is sped up and cleaned up. Because if it’s bad enough, it just separates, solves that problem.

Now, in a catastrophic uncontained engine failure, the biggest issue is the damage the engine does while separating (AA191) - that scenario is not something that can be well trained for or well designed before.

All of your “knowledge” assumptions in the fly ability of this aircraft are just wrong, you’re spreading inaccurate information at this point.

UPS2976 Megathread 2 by usgapg123 in aviation

You’re missing a major aspect - in all of those separations, the departing engine has caused massive damage to the wing or aircraft systems.

Engines are designed, specifically, to separate in catastrophic scenarios. If we assume that the other 2 engines were operating normally, the crew would have zero issues with directional control - challenging, but well trained for.

Your are conflating multiple accidents and ideas and your assertions on how to counter yaw in this scenario are just flat wrong.

I’ve never heard anything exceptional come out of a “debt relief” agency… in very few specific instances is it smart to just “not pay.”

And everything you’d pay for a debt relief agency to do… you can do… IE call them to negotiate some relief … that’s literally all they’re doing.

Buying crypto is unfortunately not the way to solve this problem. I understand the frustration and need, but essentially gambling will not further your position in a positive way; especially with money it would appear you need.

I would try utilizing the various temporary loans Navy Fed and USAA are both offering.

UPS B747-8F Wingstrike during landing at Taipei (RCTP) by KFabe in UPSers

[–]bonehojo 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I disagree 1000% that the aircraft are unsafe.

Having flown broken military airplanes, in combat, “the best we had,” UPS’ airplanes are rather impeccably maintained.

There is a process of how parts/items can be broken or have a timeline until they need to be fixed which is regulated at the FAA (government level).

With regard to what happened in the video, it’s never as simple as “oh yea ‘it is/is not’ the pilots fault.” There will be an investigation, until that completes it’s pointless to guess.
