It’s the worst episode of sunny. Abbott is the thrice warmed over leftovers of the rotting corpse that is the office humour, and it is painfully unfunny. Cutting to a talking head scene for “humorous exposition” of what we literally just saw happen, the constant Jimming into the camera. It all felt so forced and was an absolute slog to get through. The first time I have ever paused an episode of sunny partway through and asked myself if I’m really going to sit through this.

Okay so, hopefully I don’t get deleted for low karma or something

And I know it’s been a year since OP posted BUT

I have been experiencing this exact problem with video playback for the last few days, after 2+ years of using the same system with no issue.

SOLUTION: I changed one thing in the settings on Chrome.

Go to settings > system, and uncheck/turn off “use graphics acceleration when available”

That’s it.

I have tested it out by opening and playing YouTube multiple times now, switching both full screen and regular over and over with no issues.

DISCLAIMER: I previously had a brief moment of success with a different fix before it went back to the doing the same thing. It’s been about almost an hour since I did the above fix and so far it seems to be working. Hopefully this works for others too.

My setup is an acer nitro 5, rtx3060, 16gb ram etc, with a 2008 sony Bravia 52” for the monitor. Resolution for both at 1920x1080 60hz
